Hi mr sbst191, answer is very simple. Sbs 115 and sbs 84 demand is only fit for SD. Whereas sbs 136 got enough demand at certain timings for DDs. Go check out the loading on weekdays peak timing in morning from 6.30am to 9am for sbs 136 starting from Punggol bus interchange.
Normally people witness few passengers on a bus or whatsoever and they will start to give passing remarks. Take the service regularly and on different times of the day for a month or so before coming to any meaningful conclusions. Cheers.

Don't always think that every service can have DDs. Some routes are only suitable for SDs, due to limitations such as narrow roads and low bridges... And some have mediocre loadings such as 386 (but will improve in the future when the PTOs in Punggol are finished), but it does depend on how many people use the services daily.
checked SBST's website for ett changes for HG services

Awesome! And also better connectivity to Yishun and Tampines. Will be interesting to see how the loading pattern changes.

Hmm... So 113 getting fleet add ?
Probably 113 will get a Citaro bsep
858 & 969 running time will be added 4 minutes during off peak and 7 mins for peak

For total to-fro journey right. 858 runtime will get adjusted. 969 should get a new BSEP ADL add.
858 should fleet add 2 more bus then. Total Run time(before this) was 2hrs 30mins.
Giving it 18AP; 7S1, hope it's frequency can be reduced to 6-9mins per bus.
969 fleet need some re-adjustment. Throw in 4 more ADLs[2AP;2S1], making 1(WLDEP) & 2(AMDEP) bendy exchange with MAN for AP slots.
Service 3 will get E-TT change from 29/09/2014
These changes cfm not bsep fleet adds. september wave alr on 15 sep. changes is either sbst side add or just sbst revising the schedules
Sbst 113's new ett and old ett the timings are the same. Pretty sure no fleet add?

yes means is just sbst revising their schedules

sv168 run time added 2-4 mins per way (most of the trips are 2 mins more, except for a few peak hours trips).. but apparently, departure time remain mostly the same..
should a new DD bus route be introduced to take away some loadings from sv 27?
or a new bus route introduced + amend sv 27?
27M From Punggol bus stop looping at Dnata catering there, serve both SATS inflight catering ctr

Bus journey to Changi airport expected to be faster by 25 min compared to sbs 34.
New connection to sembawang expected to be faster by 15 min compared to current sbs 85 transfer to mrt at khatib.
New connection to admiralty expected to be faster by 20 min compared to current sbs 85 transfer to mrt at khatib.

So basically with everything you are saying.. the loading on 858/969 is going to go bonkers while that on other services like 34 will drop.
Don't agree on 85.. coz most Punggol residents take 85 to Sengkang only... The Yishun crowd comes from within Sengkang town.
Punggol residents going to Yishun rather prefer to change at Punggol road to 965..

Changes for sv 39's new e-tt WEF 07 Oct (the day after Mon's PH for Hari Raya Haji).
From Tampines, Yishun & various stops along the route:
Old e-tt: 101 trips (79 WAB, 22 non-WAB)
New e-tt: 97 trips (74 WAB, 23 non-WAB)
Max freq during Peak remains relatively the same. Ditto for runtimes during Peak & Off-Peak.
Max freq during Off-Peak increased from 14 mins to 15 mins for multiple trips.
Means highly likely some of the WABs will get converted from A/P to E or S-Shifts. Since number of non-WAB trips relatively the same.
