SBS2753Z Broke down while on 113 near Hougang Swimming Complex (HGDEP 113)
SBS2767J's bumper fell off while on 101 near Hougang Int (HGDEP 101)
2 other DMs SBS2599C and SBS2809Y got into an accident near Sengkang East.. One on 89.
Ill fated sign that the DMs are gonna leave us soon?

Dafuq today so many accidents? 😱 and esp E500 kena is the most suay thing. 3517 still new, and the other one also cfm new bus also. Haiis poor E500 gona come out ugly alr.

SBS3649K brokedown at the bus-stop along Loyang Ave tdy morning. the BC placed the red triangle sign several metres behind to occupy the whole bus bay till buses from behind stopped along the road for pax to alight.

TIB1105H spotted broken down at Woodlands Int at around 7.10pm. It was prepared for towing though the tow truck hasn't arrived yet.

SBS3214G broke down 2 stops after Boon Lay Int while on Service 241. at about 1.40pm.
Since the bus left the interchange, there has been a Triangular STOP sign on the bus driver's dashboard. BC. Contacted OCC and I heard that. "pump one no air pump 2 is fine" What happened?

SMB6U broke down while doing 172AM04 today...

Saw a Mitsubishi L300 van kissing the rear right corner of a svc 153 VO3X B2 last night around 2310hrs, along Braddell Road towards Lornie Road where the slip-road and underpass meet (after the junction with Upper Serangoon Road). The L300's bumper looked like it was coming off. Presumably the van rammed into the bus as it was exiting the slip-road.
I wasn't able to see the damage on the bus and I couldn't see its rego as I was busy braking hard to avoid a Honda which zoomed out sharply from the slip-road to avoid the accident vehicles. But I saw the svc 153 desto in my side mirror after I'd passed the accident.

SBS 947U declared breakdown approx 1900 hrs along Airport Rd by the bus stop aft Paya Lebar Rd, doing Svc 151e PM Peak twds Hougang, was what I heard from the control centre speaking to the bus captain on the following 151e I was on. Probably due to bad weather and congestion.
And yeah, the bus I was on fetched the stranded passengers.

Not sure if to post here since it was a close accident...
Date: 111114
Time: 1706hrs (bus was behind schedule for 5 mins)
Bus (bus service): SMB59S on 172 (172PM02)
Direction: Towards CCK INT
Location: Junction of CCK Ave 1 and CCK Way
Loading: Fully seated with a few standeesBus was approaching the above-mentioned junction when the lights turn amber. BC decided to step on the accelerator and lights have turned red when the bus crosses the stop line. A lorry in the opposite direction was turning right from CCK Ave 1 to CCK Way at that time, so SMB59S BC quickly stepped on the brake and swerve the bus a bit to the right to prevent head-on collision with the lorry. Good thing that the BC swerved the bus a little to the right, if not it will be a sure-hit head on collision, and impact could be super great (with injuries) since the speed of the bus was pretty fast. Bus stopped at the middle of the junction for a few seconds before continuing along CCK Ave 1. BC kept apologising to the pax on board after that...wasnt sure if there were pax who actually fell down but those standing at the front portion of the bus lost balance and almost fell...

SMB56A (172PM05) broke down at BS 44071 (Blk 464) towards CCK INT. Spotted with engine cover open with no more pax on board at 1815hrs.
However, this bus was spotted back in service when it was again seen at 2155hrs at CCK INT..

SMB242D on 187 knocked down and ran over an old man Jurong East near Block 301 today at around 12pm. The old man was flattened by the bus. Quite gory
