Yesterday 427K on 963 at 4pm as usual after 832Z wich is also the correct perm timing for this 2 buses. What u saw was 427K doing another bus duty.

Maybe its other bus duty, but its weird to have 3 buses sticking together starting from WRI to HBF for the days... Maybe traffic conditions somewhere or WRI jam caused delay...

From my personal observation, 427K could replace 484U on those days just by looking at the timing and the fleet sequence of 963

dat im not sure ! but y just take BSEP bus from AMDEP intead of taking kubs or 66xx series from them as HGDEP now also hv a few BSEP SP citaros @ the moment ? as this BSEP buses also cannot perm on any svcs they need .
