Because BNDEP never give the rim covers to HGDEP when the buses are transferred over. Who knows where BNDEP keep their rim covers.

i think part of the rims covers fitted to this BNDEP recovery trucks and the rest of the rims covers they scrap as metal liao !

Observation: sv 62 spot loading in AM peak at Punggol East is now shared with sv 50 with people preferring to take sv 50 to Compass Point than sv 62 to HG Ave 10.
Evening peak, people still prefer to take sv 62 from HG Ave 10 to Punggol East than sv 62. Observed this on quite a few occassions, so thought of posting. Cheers!

Because they were never hgdep buses, they are still bndep buses, only going to hgdep for training duties, and returning back to Bedok everyday, except for the occasional operational requirements when they were collected by another trainer belonging to another depot. -
Today got SMRT bus survey by civilian staff mostly check timings @ certain bus stops and some speed check.Afaik it's Svc 67,106,167,171,176,184,187,190,700,851,854,857,912,960,961,965,966,975 & 980

TIB1030P++ Follows MAN A22/A24 refurbishment colour scheme. 1026C and 1027A are the only buses with tangy orange and tan. BUT TIB1030P++ has only the sideboards orange. (aka beside seats) -

I didn't talk about the Boxies and Smilies becoz it's obvious. No offence. TIB1024H is WLDEP, which I'll never get to board. So might ask someone to check. TIB1186Z is suspected.

More like abandoned in the depot. Perhaps someone bought it and now it is awaiting conversion/delivery, or SBST simply wants to preserve it.

Hmmm... Someone bought it? If that's the case, I don't think SBST is going to preserve it.
My assumption is that this was one of the 10 preserved 10 MK3s in Poyan, but suddenly they decided not to preserve it any further. Subsequently, this bus was sent to the depot. I deduce that it is awaiting scrap or conversion and delivery like you mentioned.
