Who prefers the engine sounds of the Volvo B9TL Wrights with the ZF gearbox? I do. Why? Because the engine sound is very musical! Tell me your prefered gearbox!

I think the ZF and Voith for B9TL Wright sound not much difference leh.
ZF 4HP500 is my favorite.

IT's actually ZF Ecolife 6AP 1410P gearbox, unless you mean your favourite gearbox... Voith B9TL Wrights have a more whistling tune, while the ZFs have this lovely musical tune!

I thought your "tell me your preferred gearbox" applies to all buses.
Anyways I will still pick ZF, the sound which made me like buses since I was young (if ZF4HP500 gearbox didn't exist or sound like that I probably won't be here now). Though I now also appreciate the nice Voith retarder whistle.
Also I feel that we need more active moderators here, things are like going out of hand, I don't mind if I become one actually.

Ya. Especially the new ones. Very out of hand. But what is it is that, from WHAT I KNOW, only Forums Starter (FS) can add moderators.
