The route is duplicating many other routes and does not really have a unique route / identity. Disappointing route structure.
serangoon north ave 4 to hougang 1
serangoon north ave 4 direct to serangoon mrt
not enough identity?

check through the schedule... sv57 and Sv238 (or sv26) should be under this round of BSEP for AMDEP/BRBP side... so that BSEP wright in AMDEP might be for Sv21...
on a side note, i am expecting Sv269 to get fleet add under BSEP as well. (so many feeder services have been getting BSEP fleet add), but this time round, Sv269 got fleet reduction (almost 22 trips reduction).... seem like the crossover from Sv128 are removed?
Okay just checked the timings from PSR Int for new Sv21 e-tt from 12 Nov.
From PSR: 2 WAB trips added @ 0637 & 1538
From St-Mikes: 2 WAB trips added @ 0848 & 1733
(after considering +/- average of 2-3mins for all trips in the schedule from observation). So is it BNDEP or AMDEP?
And I'm guessing 60% likelihood of BNDEP because the occurence of Wright cameos on Sv 21 lately for past 2+ weeks has been from the BN-side mainly. 7662U 7665L 7570B all did Sv 21 in the past week+, today 7573T did Sv 21 as well.

Hint: Of the services (with ETT) that are getting BSEP fleet adds this Monday, Sv21 is the only AMDEP DD service that is getting improvements. :)
SBS3318R is the sole BSEP wright under AMDEP for this month's improvements.
Of course, there is a slim chance I might be wrong, because there are two possible services without ETT (and also under BRAM charge) that are likely going to get a BSEP wright, but the higher likelihood is getting SBS3316X of BNDEP.
Based on SGWiki:
SBS6318X SBS6319T
(AMDEP )

Dont anyhow whack, BSEP cannot be SP. Already seen many times in SGWiki.

Think he dunno BSEP cannot be SP. What he means is that these Citaros belong to AMDEP. Btw, no need to use the word "whacking", sounds demoralising and very harsh.

So service 7 will get 3314? Or Citaro. Sv116 will get 6 new buses.
I think you are referring to sv 8 n 31. So guess one of them will get Citaro instead. 8 21 31 are the AMDEP / bndep dds service affected this time round n since only got 3316 n 3318 to play around so Citaro will come into picture. As there is one more undeployed 6314 in AMDEP available
I might be wrong though

My personal guesses.. although it is not a 100% guarantee:
12 Citaros this time round (inclusive of 6314G not deployed the previous month):
7, 8, 26(or 238), 29, 39, 57, 116
3 Wrights:
21, 31, 147

Note guys, it is from : Hougang Central > Serangoon [ LOOP ].
Serangoon Int doesn't have any more space so it loops there. I suspect most of the new BSEP citaros are deployed under this service and is services by HGDEP.
excellent service..
relieve 72 loads for HG <-> ave 9 sector
also faster way for serangoon north ave 4 residents to go to serangoon.. 315 route is getting longer and slower
also relieves 159 load along sheng shiong to HG ave 9
good luck to the drivers turning from AMk ave 3 to north ave 4 though

Sheng siong no. It is a 15-min walk to the nearest 116 bus stop from there.

I see, many thanks for the update though. I'm thinking BNDEP too cause of the reasons I mentioned, and also the reason that its 1st PM trip starts at 1538, which means it's likely the same arrangement with 9840J & 7422X IMO if under BNDEP, whereby the Wright's parked in PSR Int after morning trips then BC takes bus direct from PSR Int for the trips in the afternoon. Cause 9840J leaves for St Mikes' around 3pm+ usually from PSR as well~

Ah, there's a dilemma in BNDEP. Cause there's only 1 new BSEP Citaro in BNDEP as of now (6320M), so only one of the 2 (Sv 29 or 39) will get it. I think Sv 9 & 222 also have schedule changes from 12 Nov as well but no e-tt to verify, cause their related svcs like Sv 35 do have e-tt schedule change WEF 12 Nov but no changes to their own timings~
So I'm guessing that 6320M with the 3 remaining SP Citaros (6254X, 6272T, 6275K) might be used this time, provided they use Citaros for the suspected BNDEP svcs. Means only 1 out of the 4 will be under BSEP, the others are just WAB fleet add? And I actually have a huge doubt whether Sv 39 will get a Citaro, cause its demand from PSR-Yishun & vice versa during Peak Hours really justifies the standing space of a KUB more, although its crazy frequency probably suggests a Citaro might be better for sticking to the schedule.
Anyway, did anyone consider the existence of 3159H & 3163U etc in BRBP while 3167J is in BNDEP to be part of this as well? Cause like what I mentioned, seems like not all the svcs with timetable changes are under BSEP, might be WAB fleet add instead?
