  50% right. It's basically a rebuild. I believe that TIB1105H still has some old parts retained. Oh well...

  During that period when PVC seat covers were fitted on O405s, the Scanias and DAFs had began their refurbishments and came out with OC seat covers instead. I still can't figure out why didn't SMRT use either one only on the buses?

  I believe that both had the highest priority. That is why(maybe)TIB1105H was fitted with PVC seat covers.

  I believe the SMRT had prepared(or reserved) those seat covers(in 2009) or already fitted them into the cover~
