In those day, that was really the Superbus indeed.
Time just went by like that. Cant believe its 19 years already.
Yeah, the unique lower deck of the LO3xs that differ so much from the VO3xs with the unique A/C placement ducts.
Btw, what is that thing above the lower deck seats? (The wire mesh thing above the first few seats after the rear door on both left & right side) That's the A/C compressor uh? I kinda lost track of what that was, oops.

Ya. My first trip on was on 9011 on sv143 when it was launched . That time sit upper deck. Really excited that time.
These lo3x does not really look like they are already 19 years already. Will try to take few more this two weeks. Think they will be gone from AMDEP n brbp by end march
At that time, people were really excited when buses like the B10M MKIII came.
Because that was really a bulk purchase of AIRCON buses. Same reason why the arrival of the LO3X was very exciting to everyone. First time we had AC DD. And at that time, tri-axle buses were a really novel thing on the SG road.
Fast forward 20 years later, this is something many people take for granted today. Right to the point of calling the MKIII ugly and crappy.
Leyland always catch fire!!! Faster send to scrapyard better!!!

6.07pm.
Loud sound? is it the "fart" brakes?
btw, usually on Saturdays, there's only one Leyland running in Singapore, SBS9165A on 255. If lucky, then others will also run like SBS9171G and SBS9192X like last week...

It’s too long a route to spend hours just looking for 9168 and it’s the only bus that operates the 154 that I’m interested in.
9168 arrives at eunos int around 7pm
