Probably he made a fake excuse to post the interchange shots here by saying he obtained the permission but the fact is not.

Even any feedbacks on interchange related facilities, I refrain from taking pic... Just indicate which corner is that...
The directive/ rule is there, follow it..
Dun go around and start testing the system.. next thing maybe end up dispute and 2 hrs inside mata chu drinking kopi...
