Nah. It would have flew away before the bus even touched it. And oh ya, the car flew away using their rocket engines and their doors. From the video, the bus should be having it's gear at neutral and having it's accleration off. Since you can already see that the BC of the APS bus is trying hard to stop it by doing 'S' turns on the road. The speed of it should be probably only 45km/h since the car which had the video is STOPPED, not moving. It cannot be much faster as and speed faster than that would have already knocked that poor pedestrian to Alexandria Hospital. The BC is clever enough to knock his bus on 2 vehicles, since Force = Pressure x Area, the larger area it hit, the lesser pressure [ Stress ] it had on the HPS bus. If it did not hit the car, the HPS bus's BC could have suffered even more crushed bones or perhaps death. What's more, it is crashing into a stationery vehicle, which means that the force is decreased, while crashing into a car driving to the opposite direction of the APS bus, the situation would be unexplainable.

IT IT RAMMED LIKE THIS,
THERE IS A VERY HIGH RISK TO HAVE THE CAR EXPLODING!
MORE CASUALITIES, I MUST SAY.

i mean the traffic light. if he did not swerve he would have driven head on towards the traffic light and up the curb. there are no vehicles there.
As you can see...
He is trying to DODGE all things in his path.
Hitting the curb may cause the bus to capsize, which may in-turn cause it to flip and hit the cars towards the same direction as the video-taker.
