  Check again. Since it has Mobitec EDS, my guess that it might still have fabric seats.

  Yes. It was spotted refurbished on 901 at 1601 hours, 24/02/2012.

  A month earlier it was involved in an accident that damaged its front, and presumably the LAWO front EDS was damaged. Given that SMB137A is on layup and unlikely to return to service, the likelyhood might be that it's the Mobitec from the Zhongtong. But the formatting is not the number on the kerbside, so it might be a new or spare unit.

  I noticed that Sgwiki had not been properly updated. These Habits also have Mobitec EDS just that no sign of it having the EDS is updated:

  TIB1223A to TIB1247G I had seen every bus between late 2010 to this year and I'd verified that they have OC seat covers. I personally boarded TIB1243S, TIB1246J, etc.
