  159 cannot because still got 12 Volvo B10M Mark IV whereas 132 can because 132 got 7 non-wab buses maybe HGDEP can deploy 2 to 3 wab buses so that it can be a wab service.

  But 159 alr have 6+1 Citaros and a KUB... Just 4 more WABs replace and 2 more B10Ms out and 159 would reach standards, both WAB standard and fleet size standard (now have 2 extra buses, so kick out 2 B10Ms and 4 Citaros replace 4 B10Ms = 12 WABs and 6 B10Ms = 18 buses and a 66% WAB fleet)

  Last time we oso say some services like 166, 985 cannot but in the end they also turn wab. and it was a last-minute wab kick in for these services. I think what sbst needs to do is those 4 buses that crossover to 132 before doing niteowl svc needs to have 3/4 wab. best for 132 is kick out all the B10M. And I haven't been seeing 9525. 3092 has been replacing it constantly. For 159 case, B10M can throw to other non-wab hgdep services and kick in some citaros.

  For 132 it's actually nearly ready for WAB. All it needed is just a kick of the extra HGDEP B10M and another one of the SP wrights to step in and replace a VO. For 159 I STRONGLY suggest a fleet switch with 83, as I still find it puzzling for all the Citaros wasted on 83. Maybe 4 striders for 4 Citaros will be good. After that, all 159 needs is to kick out its 2 extra buses (perhaps the B10M), and it will be ready.

  Ah yes, those bus-stops at punggol is non-wheelchair accesible. Should switch with 159. And when 159 has 2 extra buses? A B10M has been kicked out and the 6606P which wasn't even perm was removed. Also, they can switch with 83 citaros, kick out 2785G making it perm TRG and kick in a few more SP HGDEP citaros.

  Service 4, 50, 62, 82, 116, 119, 132, 158 and 513

  Guess my prediction for 132, 158 came true. For 159, maybe next round

  Looks like 88 and 155 are not ready,why?I thought the wab berths have already finished.For 112 and 159 maybe next round when more citaros come to HGDEP.My prediction is 132,158 and 119,so it is true

  Putting 83 citaros is a waste resources,the citaros should given to 159,112 and 85

  155 berth is ready when I last visited TPY Int on 8 Mar. For 88's case, I'm not very sure. Maybe is because of the TPY bus-stops? Some of them are non-WAB accesible.
