  83 is definitely not ready... dunno when will the LTA peeps work on the stops at Punggol Ctrl...

  Till now, no improvements for 83's bus stops. LTA no pay attention there... and to think 83 owns the first two HGDEP citaros!!!

  cannot get WAB But the whole fleet still can upgrated to CITAROs can give some to other svc dat already WAB Leh !

  262 get K230UBs is a simple reason, it was due to 0405s formally deployed which were due for retirement and replacements are needed. Same for 73 getting full K230UBs but still not WAB yet.

  Yes. Give them to 163, 165. And return some MK4s back to 83...

  now not only 83 getting WAB buses without WAB svc now follow by sv 82 also the same thing happening furthermore sv 43 also getting more SD to DDs upgrated + BSEP buses and u notice all this happening from PUNGGOL Svcs only !
