  I don't think it is an 187 bus - More likely to SP, Whoever edited that clearly didn't observe clearly, If 1025E is on morning 187 split, PM bus is done by 777A, That means the AM block will count over the PM one, Be it everyday or not.

  If 239P is perm split under S10X or any duty code that matters, It is perm. The AM bus counts over the PM bus, If the bus started doesnt practice swing like SE interchange. No special run.
