The ZF Wrights would always catch up with the Voith Wrights on 168 everytime during peak hours, so I guess the 168 SL (I suppose he is from BN since 168 is majority BN) got too fed up so he requested the swap.

  Though it is like this I still like the LECIP Wrights as well.

  But how does the SL manage to convince the people handling the swapping of buses?

  But the missing slots come from BBDEP. 6153D is a BNDEP bus.
