2 mercz as split shifts today, Given WLDEP's habit of doing things by registration sequences they will shift the sequences. 666L is doing on it's former block which is 8 but they might shift registration sequences a little.

About 17 months back WLDEP made a mess out of 852 and now 2 duties taken back. I hope this time round they really can deploy decent fleets and not make a mess out of it.
By the way 666L is seen on it's former block which is 8, But if 664S or 667J joins in then the sequence has to shift.

I have this strong feeling that they don't need so many starters from AMDEP, 3 starters from YI and 2 from WLDEP, Should be enough for 2 to start at YI coming directly from WLDEP.
642-644-565-636-670 will start from BB
671-672-118-147-148 will start from YI but 671 and 672 will come from WLDEP directly. This is how I personally feel.

From what I notice WLDEP always like to dump old buses and also buses with poor conditions on service 852.
Way back in 1998-99, 852 was under partial KJDEP/WLDEP then. I remembered WLDEP side dumped almost full fleet NAC buses especially the Nissan U31SCNs (which is now scrapped already). Things turned much better when AMDEP took over 852's duties from WLDEP from Dec 1999 onwards.
And in March 2008 same thing recurred again when WLDEP took over 852's duties from AMDEP. Majority of the fleets were downgraded to those ex-CSS Nissan UDs especially the CAC ones which were in a very bad condition.

SMRT AMDEP deployment style somewhat follows like SBST, But just doesn't match.
SMRT WLDEP deployment style for the SE/YI ones are OK but the WL ones are just absolute thrash, just look at 656R alone after it went missing from 178 about 4 months I still don't see a replacement, Ditto for 969M.
Scanias are already good enough. If they still want to deploy thrashy fleets then they are looking for trouble.
