Apparently, likely the 178 bus didn't even bother to slow down when approaching bus stop and suddenly someone happened to flag for bus...the 157 BC didn't realise that danger lurking either...
Why I figured this is how the 178 bus was positioned during the accident...

SBS945A on 84 crashed into a green car at Punggol Rd, towards Punggol Rd End at 9.40am this morning. The car fell into a small drain after being rammed by the bus.
