  someone say that it is 9091D... it is actually a fire drill whereby the bus is purposely set on fire...  no wonder this bus still park inside AMDEP last week whereby its sibling (9093/9097/9101 etc) were all send to scrapyard already...

  9091D was not de-registered.. it was only unofficially lay up.

  If I'm not wrong, the unofficially laid-up AMDEP Leylands are updated to be de-registered in the late afternoon. Will make the update later in Redeployments.

  Truck driver assualts SMRT bus driver after crashing into railings, traffic light, three cars and a road sign

   

  FIRST, he crashed into practically everything that was in the way of his lorry at Choa Chu Kang Way -- railings, a traffic light, three vehicles and a road sign.

  Then he allegedly assaulted an SMRT bus driver who had honked at his lorry after it stalled and blocked traffic.

  The mayhem began yesterday morning, after the 53-year-old male driver apparently lost control of his lorry.

  The lorry driver, believed to have been agitated by the honking, went into the SMRT bus and allegedly attacked its 47-year-old driver.

  The lorry driver was later arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs.
