Today, ANOTHER Vo3X Batch 1 broke down when on 161...
Location : The traffic junction before Buangkok Green and Hougang Street 51...
Time : 1:30pm [ May be earlier since it is already there ] -
This afternoon: Service 2 SBS 9430 J is involved in an accident with a taxi and a lorry, along New Upper Changi Road outside Bedok CC. Not sure how and the time the accident occurred.

TIB965Z (KJDEP SP) ?broke down inside TMI. SMRT lorry was seen at rear of bus & EDSes were on Off Service.
Time of spotting:0956hrs

75 passengers evacuated as smoke billows from SMRT bus
Happened at junction of Jalan Besar and Rochor Canal Rd on 9 June at 4.10pm. Smoke was seen billowing from the rear of SMRT bus 857. No one is injured in the incident. SMRT says the cause of the smoke is due to a fault in the aircon system.

Heavy Traffic due to accident along Buangkok Green towards Sengkang.
5 cars piled up* when switching lanes, causing Lanes 1 and 2 to be obstructed.
Services 43, 88 and 156 travelling Northbound are forced to be delayed.
Services 72 and 159 are affected by the massive jam caused by the evening crowd heading northbound. Services along YCK road were affected as well.
The jam ends at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 and CTE intersection.
Drivers are advised to use the alternative route, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 and Hougang Avenue 2 to head northward due to massive jam.
Services delayed badly : 43, 88, 156.
Serviced delayed minorly : 70, 72, 103, 159, 854. -
No one was injured by the way.

Massive Jam subsided, Services 70, 72, 103, 159, 854 is no longer delayed.
Services 43, 88 and 156 still experiencing minor delays.
