  Let me start with this, there is already a post regarding this in the forum, but the topic is inactive. I'm going to start this topic again. River-front public housing and an integrated transport hub with bus interchange, shops, and private apartments will be built, reported The Sunday Times. The site will be launched within the next three years and will be comparable in size with Century Square in Tampines. The 2 other HDB towns to get upgrade are East Coast and Jurong lake.   I was very happy to hear about the news then.
  
  But..... Someone told me that actually, HG integrated bus hub is already in the masterplan for decades and was withheld for whatever reason (well, not hard to guess it actually. the whole plot of land is left empty for so many years in fact). With the whole area "changed hands" after May 2011, I am in the opinion that the announced plans might be delayed further.
