I dont rmbr any NAC 0405s...but certainly WA 0405s were there.Ever since 88 was recognised to be a popular service, 88 has been getting brand-new buses whenever it could....less the VSO when they were introduced. So maybe 88 might get Citaros....who knows?
I remember seeing a O405 bodied by DM perming on 88 before...but it is CAC.
I had saw Volvo Super Olympians on 88 before, several of such buses were cameoing on 88, including SBS9888Y.
So, who can tell me, when did 88 become FAC?

Probably it will get them when the 300 Wrights are registered and in service.

As we know...88 got the last batch of CDGEs, and the later batches K230UBs....will this trend keep up?Stay tuned for more details...
CDGEs and Scania K230UBs were serving well on 88. I think the non-WAB perms of 88 must be out of 88 permers and replaced with Wrights and Citaros.

There are perm VSOs on 88 now.
88 became FAC pretty soon after it existed from March 1999.
Throughout the years, 88 had perm Merc...in the last few years, there were 3 CACs...3777Z, 3816U, 3921Z....and some 0405 WAs...such as 82P.
Whatever NACs I remember were Scanias.
After that, the only Scanias seen were AC cameo ones. And as the years went by, it became exceedingly rare to see ANY Scania on 88....the last one was probably one of the ex 101 OAC CRB before all were transferred to BNDEP.
For sure, the really rare cameo was MKIV Strider on 88....in the 12 years, it probably happened no more than 20 times.

If you look at the pattern...it might not be the case.
The VO3X perms were nearly wholly replaced by CDGEs and not the LO3X if you apply your logic. And how would you explain the VSOs being deployed to 88?

Oh, I see. O405s on 88 were air-conditioned, the only NAC were N113CRBs. When were the N113CRBs out of 88 permers?

I dont think the deployment logic follows as such...it seems more of a case of available buses going whither.
Do 25 have a full SD fleet during the days before the Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange opened in 1983?

Think was full Mercedes Benz buses...
Does 21 have full SD fleet before it was extended to St. Michael's after merging with 4?

So, 25 was likely to have a full SD fleet that time?
When 980 was under WLDEP control in 2001, how many U31RCNs and L113CRL Striders did it receive?
Which was the perm of Svc 989 back then? Anyone remembered? Other than TIB547Y and TIB611U.

That was nice. TIB666L became perm of 980 again... TIB665P remained as 980 perm all the while....

I saw TIB666L on 980 just now at Sembawang Dr at about 10.08pm with the orange LAWO-SICMA EDS.

Just a correction, it's LAWO - Benefit, not LAWO-SICMA

I am not very sure, but 25 did not use any Leyland Atlanteans of any generations at all. But it used the Mercedes Benz O305s before the air con double deckers came in 1993/1994. Not sure when O305s were deployed on 25.

Mercedes-Benz O305 DDs only came into SBS in 1983/1984. This means 25 should be full SD fleet before Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange opened, as what I have mentioned.

Does WLDEP operates most of the fleet or both depots operate half of the fleet each?
And are the remaining 4 Lances operated by AMDEP?

It is perm. Wait which ad is TIB666L having now? Adless or TM Ad?

Ya, but not sure what was the fleet before double deckers came in.

AMDEP operates most of the fleet.
Lances were operated by AMDEP all along since 1999/2000, buses perming AMDEP 980 are TIB906U - TIB909L, TIB916R, TIB917M, TIB919H, TIB921A and TIB935K.
