who to contact if bus-stops are found to have malfunctioning lights, damaged seats, missing notices in notice board, etc?

Singapore Style = 1 time not enough. 5-10 times, cannot tahan, then do sth about it.

will only complain if the bus stop is not surrounded by well lighted areas.

Sometimes I see contractors cleaning up the bus-stops.
But its stupid that LTA did not include in the cleaning contract to clean the bus-stop poles as well. I already find some of the svc no. on the bus-stop poles getting dirty and covered with dust. And later, I think some of these poles will be filled with algae that used to plague the old metal bus-stop plates till it look very rusty.
