Saw TIB472D parking at a bus stop near Bras Basah, hazard lights on, doors open, no passenger too.... -
SBS1971S (BNDEP 31/535*) got into a serious accident with a rubbish truck near the junction of Old Airport Rd and Mountbatten Rd while travelling to Tampines Interchange. This had caused the side windows of the bus to break.

My sister just came back from school
she board a 157 bus (believed to be a KUB) towards Boon Lay. The bus involved in an accident with a lorry carrying metal thingy. She told me the back windscreen of the bus damaged. phew, lucky she was standing on the bus when the accident happen. She & the other passengers had a great fall.
any idea what bus is that ? btw, the accident happened at bukit timah

Unidentified PA Lance (Tampines Retail Park shuttle) broke down at Tampines North Dr 1, rear engine cover was opened & recovery truck was at scene in preparation of towing the bus.
Time of spotting: 1555hrs

STOMPer Henry was passing bus the junction of Victoria Street and Arab Street at about 10am today (Apr 10) when he saw this accident between a tourist bus and an SBS bus.
Said the STOMPer:
"The police was already there.
"I heard the accident happened at about 7am.
"I'm not sure if anyone was injured.
"Both buses were severely damaged."
Police said in a response to a STOMP query:
"Police received a call at about 7am today (Apr 10), informing us of an accident between a public bus and a coach at the junction of Victoria Street and Arab Street.
"Seven people were subsequently conveyed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
"Police investigations are ongoing."

10/4/2011
- At 1605hrs, SBS900D (BNDEP 9) broke down just before the junction of Simei St 3 & 4.
- Direction was twds Bedok Int.
- Suspected due to engine malfunction as it suddenly died off when BC wanted to move off as the traffic lights turned green.
- Depsite several attempts to restart, bus was still not able to start.
- Bus was declared breakdown @ 1612hrs, BC cancelled ride & all pax alighted.
- All destos were flipped over & breakdown triangle was placed at rear of bus.
- SBST Recovery Truck arrived location @ 1636hrs & mechanics were able to get the engine restarted.
- At 1644hrs, bus RTD (not towed) with the Recovery Truck travelling behind it.
