TIB1125A broke down while on 962
- Engine cover was opened
- A SMRT truck was spotted behind the bus and 2 SMRT staff members were at the scene, 1 was in the bus while the other was at the rear of the bus with the BC.

SBS7402D (SLBP 174) meet an accident along Orchard Road outside Plaza Singapura at around 7-8pm yesterday.
When I passes by the area, I saw a pool of blood in front of the bus with some TP and SBST staffs around with the bus empty except a BC and another SBST staff sitting inside the bus. -
happened on 29 Jan along Sembawang Road during strong winds and heavy downpour. according to a user in stomp, the bus is SBS3921Z on 138

Seen along Braddell Rd, BC off service, with hazard lights on.
Suspension was damaged i suspect, as the bus was speeding, and tilted to it's right.
Witnessed 1625 hrs. -
TIB1146P on 912, brokedown near Marisiling MRT Station.

Breakdown @ bus stop 11201 around 1pm. Breakdown caused by air con. Pax transferred to SBS9387B.
SBS8015G (BNDEP SP/42)
Not breakdown but bus stopping bell will not stop once passenger press until BC opens the door. -

TIB490B broke down at bus stop along Upper Bukit Timah Rd & SMRT maintenance lorry was at site.
Time of spotting 1420hrs.

TIB946D broke down at S'goon Ctrl, time witnessed 2202.
Service truck was at scene, tech rev engine.
EDS display off service.
Bus was able to move off by itself later on.
It later stop at amk ave 1 again.
Suspected door failure.

TIB489G on 963 declared breakdown at Bukit Panjang bus stop infront of blk 223.Reason: Front windscreen broke [ smashed into pieces ]
Time of spotting: around 8.15am

TIB659H brokedown on 178 at opposite Ten Mile Junction. Suspect replcement bus is TIB959S.

A Habit bendy brokedown at WRI Bus Park, light blue colour tow lorry spotted.

PIE near Eng Neo Exit, 2 lanes closed at 1115pm. One 190 (suspect its either TIB1036Z or TIB1216X - rear back ad is Esso ad.) habit bendy with rear engine problem.
Suspect the back engine burst out in smoke earlier.
No fire, but 40-50 passengers evacuated from the bus. One fire engine and one ambulance activated. 40-50 passengers stranded on PIE until TIB1029U came and picked them up in the middle of the expressway. -
