The tribute tour was held on 15th January 2011, as the Hispano O405 (first few batch of buses) are reaching their statutory lifespan of 17 years. It tributes these buses as the pioneer batch of TIBS buses and the long and memorable impressions it gives to all transport enthusaists.
I thought the Merc tour was open to everyone? How come I heard that someone was refused boarding?

he was banned for the all the tours under that organiser as he had invited trouble recently or earlier.

Indeed the tour is open for everyone. However, if you are the organiser, and you already know in advance that, that someone made a lot of noise and nuisance at another tour that has happened recently, and the majority of the guests in the tour that you have organised disagree to have him on your tour, and you do not know what that someone will do in this tour, would you go for to invite the person or would you go for it to ban the person as a preventive measure?
If that's the case, organizers should have put the tour as private tour and invitation only. Organizers should understand this basic principle. What's the point of putting the tour as a public event when they themselves do not want a certain person to attend this tour. It does not even fit the status of the tour.

How about local casinos? It is generally open to everyone above 21 years old, Singaporeans and Permanent Residents who can pay the $100 levy fee, and Foreigners who can afford their money away. However, why is there a restriction order for certain people?
He's autistic. If only there were no discrimination towards persons with psychological issues. If only there were more rational thoughts to "a restriction order for certain people" when the organizers declared the tour to be public. Please reflect. how would you feel if it were you or your family who has these issues facing them? it's not an easy feat, we shld not add salt to their wounds
Organisers have discretion over who to allow participation to their events, but I trust that all organisers will manage exclusion lists in an amicable & inclusive manner.
