i gt $1.89 refund.
My feeder service gt afftected in two different areas.
5 cents
waste time to get refund of 0.05, 0.02???
at least it's 12 cents more . you will never know when that 12 cents will be useful for a bus ride (imagine you have $2.88 left on your card)
0.001 cent or 0.005 cent is still money.
We are not PAP ministers, annual pay is in millions. GIC and Temasek can lose billions etc.
Don't look down on 0.000001 cent.

STOMPer Wu Yia Boh was shocked when he
saw the amount to be refunded to him was only $0.01. Why so little and
how was the one-cent derived out of the total of $300k in refunds
collected, questions the STOMPer.
The Land Transport Authority
(LTA) had conducted a review earlier this year and found discrepancies
in the distance fares charged for certain bus stops which had not been
updated.
From now till June 17, 2011, commuters can check via the
LTA website how much they will be refunded and how they can go about
collecting this amount.
Said Wu Yia Boh in his email (Dec 20):
"How can? I was only refunded 1 cent out of the $300k in total refunds announced.
"How was this value derived?
"I was shocked to see I was only eligible for 1 cent of refund under the Bus Stop Distance Refund Scheme.
"Why so little?
"Where did the operator derive the 1 cent from?
"Consider
the report which mentioned a substantial amount of $300,000 was
collected from a result of overcharging -- 1 cent out of the $300k is so
insignificant.
"If on average one affected commuter is entitled
to a small amount of 1 to 50 cents, does it mean that the number of
affected commuters is massively a lot more than the projected figure?"

The problem is when you board some services, you were undercharged, i believe they cover it back from your refund amount. LOL... Like if you board 75, 184.. you should be getting $0.00. You owe the company about 2 cents everyday....
9 cents.
Mine's about $5 spread over a few cards.
Main reason is that a trip taken around ~3 times a week dropped from 5.4km to 5.2km.
Actually, most of the trips dropped (some from 5.2km to 5.0km and some from 5.6km to 5.4km), but not all dropped between fare bands.
