  She's just absolutely mental or just having an urgent , desperate cry for help.Imagine a poor old man, no money , no home, no food. Just strip naked , pretend he has mental illness, walk on streets, then  get arrested and land in IMH or prison...hey at least he will still get free food, lodging and shelter (though lousy standard one) in the end.

  Such things surely happen when a society is rapidly moving too fast and stressful and degrading. Not even youngsters, now even the elderly cannot take the stressful life here and hence doing such unbelievable things in the public in this country. No wonder no one wants to have babies now, people are worrying for the next generation.
