I'm a Bus Captain from Europe, just arrived in Singapore.
What is the nearest SBS depot to Little India (Serangoon Road)?
I want to apply there for a position as a Bus Captain.

Ang Mo Kio Depot located at Ang Mo Kio St 63. Take 70 from Yio Chu Kang MRT.

No, Hougang Depot is nearer. -
There's a recruitment fair at Toa Payoh Interchange today.
Take 139 along Serangoon Rd till the end point. Its located at the back door of the McD outlet, near the berth of 232/235/142.

What a shame! I'm only reading this reply now (after 8 pm), so I guess I missed this one How can I find out about recruitment fairs IN ADVANCE??
So maybe I'll just walk into Hougang Depot then and ask them what they think about employing non-Singapore PRs or non-Malaysians.
In an e-mail several months ago they told me they could not employ Europeans, but MOM said there were no restrictions.
So I'll try anyway to get it out of my system, one way or another.
If I cannot work as a Bus Captain in Singapore, at least I will have had a wonderful holiday. I'll be here until March.

I think 1200. With OT, they usually earn 2000.
