There are some thoughtless passengers who do not queue for the bus at interchanges... If they join the queue after the last person on the queue line, I'm okay with it. There are some who are inconsiderate. What do I mean by that? They put their shopping bags on another seat and they mind their own business. It's like as if the shopping bags pay for the ride. Some even ran to a vacant seat! There are also some people shouting over the phone... Sorry lah, the buses are not for scolding people...
Yesterday (1/11/10) at Serangoon Int while I was queueing to board 81, suddenly got this aunty go infront of the bus and wait."Wah, siao lah this aunty!" I thought. When the driver opened the front doors, she tapped her ez-link card and ran to a seat... Sian, wanted to take a photo of her doing that but I'm too late and she's the lucky one. Umm guys, is it childish? In my opinion, it is...
So, do post down about your encounter with thoughtless passengers onboard buses or at interchanges or bus-stops...
Oh yes, on 922, 2 kids boarded TIB797S. They tapped when they enter. But when they passed the exit door, they tapped. Then this Indian BC opened the doors. Then he realized that the 2 kids tapped. And they got a lecture in front of everybody by the BC.
The End.
Try sv 16 at Bedok Int. Usually most of the passengers dont want to queue and when BC goes up the bus, these type of people board the bus first without letting queuing passengers first. When I observe other service such as 25, 26 which is just beside sv 16, at least they let people queuing go first to board the bus.
This happens mostly at Woodlands Reg Int:
Near the 169 berth, there's a little boy who did not queue in the berth rack. When 169 comes, he rushed up the bus and quickly find a seat.

That's rude.....when ever we did not queue in the berth rack.we must wait for the people that are queuing board first then we board...that's how my grandmother teaches me....

yeah. that's my principle too. however, i will wait for everyone waiting outside the queuing berth to board 1st, such that i'm always the last to board.
seniors usually jump queue...while i'm sympathetic and will always offer seniors not in queue to go ahead of me, what irks me are those who assume it's their right to just move ahead in the queue..
let them cut lor.....no point the blood boil.
alotta aunties and uncles are like tt bcos they think they are old so we shd let them
i kena b4 an auntie use her umbrella to block the front door so tt she can be the first to go up.
i oso kena elbowed a few times bcos they try to shove their way to get up the bus first
and sometimes it's not just our local aunties and uncles...... foreigners do tt too.....
and the worst is.... they hog the priority seats, blind to the elderly or pregnant ladies
u shd try the china ones. Even the women will come so close behind you like they wanna f ur arse.

serangoon interchange do not have a habit of having queuing passengers.... you must be the first!
again this is singapore. way too overcrowded.. space is precious..
also also, sad but true, if you cannot stand the noise the queue jumping... you can consider alternative transport.
for me, i also cant stand the world class fares and waiting times.. so i work a solution around
I'll be very worried if all passengers dont queue jump, dont talk loud on the phone, dont place their bags on empty seats.. it shows our rate of urbanization.

Actually there's one time bus not yet departing and a person want to board immediately just to get a seat first. But another person come and say 'You dont go up anyhow, later they suspect you terrorist or what and they report you to the police'. Thats the most funniest.
at chinatown.. the bus stop in front of the CK... there alot of uncle aunties all damn knn...
Some maybe sitting down waiting for the bus, then when bus comes, they suddenly teleport to the front of the bus in split second, wanting to board the bus first...
Whereas, some of the old folks simply will squeeze their way to the door even though the bus stops right infront of you, these old peeps will squeeze infront of you until you became the last person to board the bus...
Little india, especially when bus 960 or 970 come, those ah nei nei, will squeeze up the the bus with their big plastic bags, then some even tried to enter the bus via the exit door...
In the bus, those hokkien "tattoo-ed eyebrow" auntie, shouting over the phone in hokkien, damn noisy and loud
School children, especially those ang moh act seh kia... shouting and talking loudly on double decker bus during their trips home.... damn irritating...
Chao ah lian shouting chao cheebye loudly in the bus, thinking no one knows she got one...
Some races, playing loud music at the back of double decker bus, thinking that they fucking own the bus...
Parents that do not control their kids and let them shout and play in the bus, especially those that like to "ding-dong" alot...
And lastly, bus drivers that like to stop at each fucking traffic lights, and those that like to drive damn fucking slow, when there is not much traffic.

Hahaha i knew this BC. Quite a friendly BC.
Due to historical reasons, Serangoon Residents got this habit of not queuing up at Serangoon Interchange. So its easy to spot whos the regular and whos not. hahaha...
