HI,
I browze thru the sgwiki & find out that it had been scrapped? Is it really scrapped or sold or lay-up???
i still saw Dennis Dart on 42 wor
5 Dennis Darts deregistered (SBS8010U, SBS8011S, SBS8013L, SBS8014J and SBS8017J)
1 Dennis Dart laid up (SBS8012P)
Expect more to be gone soon.
The Dennis Darts on BBDEP 92 was made to laid up due to several feedbacks that the Darts had unable to cope with the considerable passenger demand compared to other normal rigids on 92, especially in the AM Peak.
The problem with Darts on BBDEP 92 was always fully packed in the AM Peak and other passengers would have to wait for another Sv 92 bus from Buona Vista MRT.
As for 42, the Darts might be doing their final run next year, when their lifespan of 17 years had expired.

I think they should deploy 1 or 2 VO2x on 92 during peak hours to relieve the crowding problem. Moreover the roads in the private estate it plies are now suitable for a 12 m bus.

DDs cannot be plied on 92 due to the Mt Sinai area (plies along narrow roads & turning constraints)
