  From the logo, I'm speculating Zhong Tong or Volvo. The logo on the front looks like Volvo's newer logo, except without the diagonal

  Not sure if SMRT is still bringing in the King Long, but the SMRT Zhongtong confirmed IS a hybrid. The model is Zhongtong LCK6112GHEV which is a hybrid diesel-electric bus, similar to SBS Sunlong

  The Zhongtong is also a hybrid bus. There is a 'HEV' word at the back of the bus

  so there are 2 china hybrid buses for SMRT. i only came to know zhong tong is a diesel-electric vehicle after i saw the photos at another forum.

  The exterior and interior seems appealing to me leh... Never happened to me for MIC buses leh :LOL:

   

  Standard OC seats, VogelSitze.... Same PVC covers... Mobitec EDS... Well, more  "Expensive" than Yutong...

  On btw have a chat with one of the personnel recently about new buses.The feedback for the Citaro is positive one and they would interested in buying in bulks once the 1st batch of O405s retired and he did mention about the possibility of buying WAB Bendys too but in a small units.

  I think they should cut bendy buses orders:

  Hispano Mk1 - 56, reduce their number to 35.

  Hispano Mk2 - 29, reduce their number to 18.

  Hispano Habit - 30% reduction due to Downtown Line Stage 2.

  any updates on the new SMRT King Long bus? Someone lasted posted the bus interior in this forum, but no photos of the bus exterior.
