LOL $300 only ?!?!?!?!??!
852 unless last bus or after 7 before that it is very jam-prone at Bukit Timah stretch.
857 will leave what the Yishun-ers have to comment.

I remember taking 154 home after taking 155 for joyride, and it jammed the whole stretch of road pretty bad (at Bukit Timah).
I don't know lah, 174 also like that.

174 think got revision recently, furthermore 174's headways could go 18 mins aft QoS bef e revision.
But 857 has started to use bendy recently during weekdays peak hours.

end of e day it's how they manage e schedule knowing there's all these condition and loading pattern changes.
154 used to have freq issues during PM off peak before QoS kicked in.. but it's much better these days.
as expected, 852. up to 30min freq during off-peak hours. i've waited for a whopping 45min sharp for once during peak hour...worse, 1014L came.
LOL... Both Yishun services, but WLDEP controlled... Must have been unable to dispatch buses on time....
Not surprise for 857. schedule still same poor freq despite SMRT say improvement.. True, 857 had been using bendies during PM peak.. Once I had to wait for 45 min for 857... LOL

LOL worse than i wait for 922
922 not even QoS 10 mins one de.

They never intended to introduce 922 in the first case.... Neither was 920....
SLRT wanted to push everyone up the LRT initially... with the withdrawal of 179, 344, 345 but failed due to mass complaints back then....
922 came up because of residents' complaining that there is no feeder service in most stretches of the inner part of Bukit Panjang.... Den MP's persistent... so introduce as trial service...
But turns up the residents utilise the service... close to full sitting everytime... with standing pax during peak hours... so cant withdraw....
That means both services don't have enough OC cameo!

You don't want to wait? Can... Take 851 from Yishun Int to Marymount Road, then take 74 to Bukit Timah Road and 66/157/174 to Bukit Batok there. I think 852 only helps (provides alternative) to ease the crowd of 66, 157, 174, 851 etc...

same feeling, this is not even a slap on the wrist, it is a caress on the face...
if they really want, make it 3 million... that means something..

You must know who ultimately pays the fine...... its us - commuters.
Cos the operators lose out $300... they will recoup it by raising bus fares....
So you end up paying.... u try $3 million... next year bus fares increase by $3 per trip dun complain.

how much SMRT profits is reported yearly? Hundred Millions!
Judging at the no of buses they deployed it aint surprised that both CMI.Wonder why SMRT cant buy a new land opp AMDEP to store more buses thus adding more buses?855 is another one,Such long journey only put 13-14 buses.I've driven that service and i know its really frustating when you're stuck in jams and worse ifother breakdown occurred.
