  Ya,it even got thrown on the 913E/960 slot before but it might be because 960L was perm 913E/960 before

  TIB960L running today on Service 960 again!... Spotted at about 1115am today at Bukit Panjang Plaza bus stop towards Marina Centre.. Should be full day slot.

  U took it today? Saw it running together with B12B WC2820C during peak hours yesterday. WC2649C was seen fetching a group of tourist running along Tanjong beach instead.

  It's a mobbed by mobitec bus ^^. Might be referring to the previous EDS, but unlikely.
