Where? If you mean Hougang Ave 9, then its a normal area for training buses to appear. Whatever it is, its pretty normal to see training buses anywhere ard Hougang, so cannot anyhow assume.

I first spotted it along Hougang St 51. Then, I took SBS658D and the bus followed the whole 325 route via Hougang St 51, Hougang St 52, Hougang Ave 8, Hougang Ave 10, Hougang Ave 2, Upp Serangoon Rd until Hougang Central Interchange.

Ohhhhh. BC learning route familiarisation for 325? Or training BC to learn kub. Okay lah, I dont think 325 will get kubs soon. Reason being it doesnt have enough buses to replace the current perms. Unless more mark 3s get dereg, then maybe the new buses come in, then yeah there is a possibility.
