for TS8, seems like they don't dare to move to even headways of 75 minutes so it's easier for commuters to remember, even though there is currently a gap filled by a missing 5th bus, leading to a headway of 60-60-60-60-120.
TS1 should be using 5 buses with a layover of 10 mins at Kotaraya II Ter and an hour at Changi Airport after every trip.

Upper deck seats 49. Lower deck seats 12 + 18 standees. Total 79 pax.
Seating capacity comparable to Classic coach (61 seats).

For now, only 4 buses deployed. I 'm also anticipating another bus to be added. In fact, the headway published on the complimentary tissue packs states that AM peak (southbound) and PM peak (northbound) is 30 minutes. The timetable on the website is a tweaked version.

TS1 buses layovers at Kotaraya for an hour. At least that was the observation on the first weekend of operations.
PC888A is the oldest right? i hope i won't get it when i take it from KR2T on monday...
Can always check with the timekeeper who is stationed at Kotaraya. He will be glad to tell you the order of the buses.
PC888A was driven by a China-man last weekend. So scared when I wanted to take photos of the bus and stopped me. Shown him photos of the other TS8 buses also no use. Even the other TS1 drivers, 950 SLs and SMRT timekeepers were not able to persuade him. He got a shock of his life when he learnt that I was a Singaporean. Then start to be nice to me.

Examples (a little OT here):
1) Malay BC driving SMB136C
2) Indian BC driving SBS8030L
1145 or 1245hrs trip frm KR2T later on!

what about PC5G? And got pics of PC888A
a picture of PC888A is on Jom Naik Bas.
so this morning i went to JB to try out TS8.
as i walked from City Square to KR2T in the sweltering heat, i told myself... "the bus better not be PC888A.."
well, upon reaching KR2T, i was greeted with.... PC3L.
11 passengers for my trip frm KR2T. 8 more boarded from after JB CIQ
KR2T JB CIQ : front seat.
JB CIQ SG CIQ : middle row seat (front seat kena kope by pax board frm JB CIQ)
SG CIQ RWS : front seat. (sorry, first-come-first-serve. besides, seats are not designated for you)
the young couple who got the front seat was from a family of 8. the gf was i-don't-know-if-she-was-really-terrified-or-just-acting-cute she kept on going.. "wahhh. wo hen pa (i'm scaredddd)" as PC3L was turning round and round after JB CIQ before the Causeway, those turns.
so in a way, i helped the young couple sit behind so that she wont be scared?
journey was smooth. Woodlands checkpoint to Stevens exit took only 16mins. ALL passengers alighted at RWS itself. when the bus parked at the coach bay and the bus driver opened the doors, he gave a loud "HUAT AHH!!!~"
took the 1145hrs trip but it departed 1140hrs. reached RWS at 1308hrs.

It seemed to me that many who tried TS8 got PC3L.
TS 1 used Mitsubishi Rosa Buses...
Seems TS8's demand is picking up on weekend.
From e drivers, weekday are mostly RWS workers or those working say at Tg Pagaro or Orchard
TS1 is now offering RM1 ride bet JB CIQ > WDL CIQ
There's no more additional weekend late departure from RWS le.
AM peak from KRT has 1 special 30 mins freq slot
