Haha. But tis bus got the big round logo at the middle..Anyway,they will start svc in august.
Trivia - before the bus was painted, the grey area that gives the Scania-ish look was white. In fact, the whole front was white.
In fact, it looks a bit like a MAN front unpainted.

ya, according from SBS Transit website, Gemilang Coachwork is one of the partner of these Hybrid Buses, that mean they're mixed with China and Malaysia (Chassis from Shanghai, China and the bodywork from Johor, Malaysia)~~
The body should be produced by Gemilang.........

Chill man, i wrote that before the news reports and before the rego was announced? Do u really have to go back few pages just go pick on something? its RD6066L, just updated the previous post.
On the other hand, the Sunlong is indeed a integral product. But Gemilang would have helped Sunlong to produce the body (maybe in kit form or license the technology and design) This is clearly evident on the bus itself with its exterior design which is unique to Gemilang such as the two black straps at the side. As for the interior, it might be designed by Sunlong themselves as the aircon ducts does not show much similarities with other Gemilang built buses.
Basically, its a integral bus from Sunlong, with body built in china but designed/inspired by Gemilang.
