sv74 from Hougang Ave 8 to AMK stn
sv196 from Mountbatten to Suntec
I pay for his bus fare with my second EZ Link card -

ask that tpt minister to try and take svc 969 at bus stop just after Gambas Ave-sembawang road junction at 730am during school term.
Only bus servicing north (woodlands) to east (tampines).
If he can even manage to squeeze himself up the door after missing 3-4 buses consider himself lucky.

Seriously speaking for Upp East Coast being w/o MRT and so many condo sprang up, it's like back to pre - MRT era.Lucky NEL was built else w/ SKG & PGL dunno how
to me Sv 5, 30/ 143, 39, 52/ 154 (NP & Clementi), 66, 139, 925, 961, 963, 980 during peak hrs also needs a review soon. At times it's ppl along e way aren't able to board.

Transport Minister Raymond Lim believes in making periodic checks to see first-hand what the situation is like on the ground.
On his most recent trip, he wanted to check if the situation had improved after the Public Transport Council raised service standards on frequency in August last year.
Since then, at least eight in 10 buses have to run every 10 minutes or less during peak hours. This is compared to 15 minutes previously.
For feeder buses, the standard is higher - at least nine in 10 buses every 10 minutes or less.
His most recent trip was on service 960, which plies between Woodlands and the city centre.
The trip came after he received feedback that it was very crowded during the 'peak of peak' period, from 7.30am to 8am.
When he boarded the bus, there was only standing room. At the back of the bus, there was more space between commuters.
He alighted at a busy bus stop in front of Block 270 along Bukit Panjang Road and noticed that service 960 arrived every six minutes. Service 190 came once every two to three minutes.
The buses did not fail the service standards.

That is something in which he should do and not for publicity.
The service will be tip top so that he can PROVE to the press that there are nothing wrong and the complaint was not justified.
That is the sad state of the nation.
The wayangster are not in mode of solving the issues but trying to cheat by trying to prove that there is nothing wrong.

Eh my feeder bus come every 13 minutes leh. Somemore very packed you know? How minister explain? My feeder bus also during peak hours come every 30 seconds than on weekends 20 mins for 1 bus!!

Do buses still have the "Licensed to carry" info. Like 1 driver, 42 passengers seated, and 20 passengers standing kind ot thingy. ?

VIP or no VIP, 190's AM frequency is always 2-3mins. hard to believe but its true.
no wayang needed. if SMRT wanted to wayang just for the minister, then 190 would come every 1 minute so that every passenger gets a seat to town.
same goes for 960.
