Complaint about Sv 518 BC

  Me and my kids were trying to board a bus 518 at orchard road Tangs Plaza. the bus was behind another and we walked towards it but the rude driver moved his bus forward when we were already very near his door. And he purposely moved it very front ahead and when he did that it was very near to my other child who was in front of me. We were all on the road already and he just moved ahead and very near to us, not caring when he knew we were on the road and trying to move forward since he moved!! i felt like banging his side coz it almost touched us !!!! Idiotic young thin man driving bus 518, a 3-digit bus plate number. i think it was the day orchard road got flooded on wednesday at around 5 or 6 plus. pardon my language here but when it involves our kids, all mums would be protective and angry!!

  Try not to move to a bus that is not fully in the bus bay.

  When the one in the bus bay has move off, flag the one behind, that bus should stop for you.

  Please flag a bus with your hand for the god sake.... Is it difficult to do so? If I were the BC, I would just drive away because he never gives signal to me that he does not want to board my bus.

  For god's sake,be patient and bus drivers are not your dogs,so dont think they will stop infront of your face
