Frequency is not everything. Time table is more important.

There's 2 more svs
751 & 752
751: Khatib > Upp Thomson > Farrer Rd > Queenstown MRT > IKEA > PSA/ NOL Bldg > RWS
752: Bedok > East Coast > Mountbatten Rd > Suntec > Shenton Way > KTM > RWS
Tampines RWS shuttle is always with standees. i was walking to the MRT station as they boarded the bus. i didnt stay long enough to see what those who couldnt board did.. take train or wait another hour.
train fare from tampines to HBF (if there was no earlier trip on a bus) is $1.85 & RWS8 $2 or Sentosa Express $3. the shuttle is definitely useful for families..
Bedok RWS shuttle adult $4. not bad!

dun forget Weekend there's 188R & 963R.
To RWS: $1.85 + 65c = $2.50. Back: $1.31 (188R/ 963R) + $1.19 = $2.50 (Of course can take RWS8 free out pay $1.85).
Total: $5 vs $5.70 (RWS8 option).
