  i think its ok for SMRT to participate in the bidding to charter buses for the NOH. I don't think it will affect much the normal operations for the basic bus svcs. The heaviest pax load is during the morning peak on weekdays, when resources are stretched to the max. I believe most buses on the NOH svcs are those which are supposed to rest inside depots during weekends. They only got to attract more Service Leaders to sacrifice their supposed off days or work OT to serve these routes. And they get paid by doing that. I don't know if SBST had participated in this bidding. If not, I'm disappointed.

  dun blame him coz he mentioned earlier that he didn't noe how to turn off the caps as he was using his phone to post..

  even if sbst bidded, think they would have use the cdg buses as they no longer provide public buses for charter if I'm not wrong..

  their camp shuttle is run by Republic Express but they didnt participate in the bidding..

  My friend took one of the buses, when he boarded, the MB logo in front was smaller than usual. He did not take note of other details. He said it was SMB13*C. Any idea?
