B10M MkIII should be phased out earlier than O405 WA!

  I don't believe it!  How could a O405 WA, although old, be phased out earlier than B10 M MkIII s. I mean, they are more purpose-built for the sub-urbs and definitely better than the MkIII in places like the centre of Singapore where sub-urb bus come really in handy.

  I think that MkIII should be phased out earlier than O405 WA, because MkIII is built for longer distances, such as Service 30, 502, etc. As you see, the O405 WA has standing areas, meaning that it can carry more people and more space for everyone. (That is why I said that it is a sub-urb bus) On the other hand, MkIII has more seats, meaning that it is more suitable for long-haul services.

  I can't understand why would SBS phase out O405s first, though the B10M were introduced only two years later. Why can't they phase out the MkIIIs first?

  P.S: I am a "rookie" bus spotter, do forgive me of some stupid mistakes.

  not just these 2 models..
