Hmmmm just wondering. Did the B7RLEs went through refurbishments before? I remember last time the exhaust pipe points out towards the back like other company's B7R, not sideways like SMRT's O405. Then the exhaust super black also. One step on trottle only the exhaust blurps a HUGE plume of BLACK smoke out. Now its not so serious. Also, they rattle like mad. Now alot better alr.
some of them still rattle like mad

Just because the buses have the ComfortDelgro decal on the bus windscreen doesnt mean that the body was built by them.
I can tell u that although the B12s have the Comdel badge at the back, it wasnt really built by them.

U need abit of luck for B12s.
Current trend for Sentosa Trasport Dept is that when there is a major holiday right now, they will just shut down the whole tram service.
Originally posted by sinicker:your best chance to board the open-top DD is when you purchase the underwater world + dolphin lagoon ticket combo.
there's a show at underwater world which ends like 30mins before the start of the show over at dolphin lagoon.
so the bulk of these ticket holders will board the open-top DD that awaits them outside underwater world which terminates at dolphin lagoon exclusively.
well, this happened for me, at least.
DDs does not terminate at Dolphin Lagoon Exclusively.
It all depends on the timesheet and driver and its up to them whether they wanna do a return trip or they wanna start trip at UWW. (though sometimes, its up to their super too..)

I agree with that, I think 1 possible route they will deploy would be siloso point - imbiah lookout as most of the attractions are at these 2 places...
ever since the building of RWS, alot of places have been demolished... Green Line was gone, plying between siloso point, imbiah station and merlion AKA ferry terminal... SENTOSA buses have gone waste...

Sentosa to get new cable car
25 Feb 09
ZIPPING around Sentosa Island will be made easier from 2011 with the
launch of a new cable car service.
The new transport may replace the present free intra-island bus service.
The greener above-ground system is part of Sentosa Leisure Group's (SLG)
over $250-million plan to overhaul the transport system on the island
to ensure that it can handle the crowds when Resorts World at Sentosa
opens in 2010.
Currently, Sentosa receives up to 30,000 visitors daily during peak
season. But that number is expected to rise to over 100,000 daily with
the introduction of Singapore's second integrated resort.
Mr Lee Chin Chuan, director of SLG's property business development said
the cable car system will offer a greener way of travel than the current
diesel-powered bus fleet.
The new cableway system will be at most six to seven storeys tall, a
third the height of the current cable car system which runs from Mount
Faber.
It is expected to take anything from 1,400 to 5,000 passengers per hour
in one direction, moving in speeds of four to six metres a second. It
will also offer express waiting times of 12 to 15 seconds instead of two
to three minutes for the mono-rail and 10 to 15 minutes for the bus.
Currently, four stations have been earmarked: at the Merlion, opposite
the Sentosa Luge and Skyride, near Underwater World with the possibility
of extending it further up to Fort Siloso.
