the B12BLEA uses ZF6HP592 transmission, though it hits the third gear rarely due to the speed limit of 25km/h. Registered in 2008, first day of ops is 25th Jan 2009.

should be limited to 35km/h?

Never see the tram for quite long. MIA.
Sentosa's road speed limit is 40km.. hence.. no Lewis hamiton allowed.

Pinkies are for peak periods where there are a lot of people, Purpley I have no idea.
Thought the EDS for B7RLE MKI is Twin Vision? Or isit Twin Vision -> Mobitec alr?
The announcements are made to be played manually, go near the BC or stand at the door if you dare, you will see one big row of buttons with the abbverations(Imbiah Lookout i think is IB) of the bus stops. BC will press that, announcements are played!

your best chance to board the open-top DD is when you purchase the underwater world + dolphin lagoon ticket combo.
there's a show at underwater world which ends like 30mins before the start of the show over at dolphin lagoon.
so the bulk of these ticket holders will board the open-top DD that awaits them outside underwater world which terminates at dolphin lagoon exclusively.
well, this happened for me, at least.
