New CW4/CW4S Jurong East > Gelang Patah > Sutera Mall?

  Can anyone verify if the long-awaited Causeway Link cross-border bus service CW4 from Jurong East to Gelang Patah/Sutera Mall has already started operations? If yes, any new arrangements at Jurong East Interchange?

  A check with their website reveals that CW4 started sometime last month, together with a variant CW4S, working closely with another of its route 52T serving the same area.

  For those who have not the slightest idea, CW4 has been planned since at least last year, with the service number reflected next to CW3's at the Bukit Indah bus terminal despite not being in operation yet.

  I've always been confused with their schedules... made worse with having joint operations with other routes at certain times of the day...

  Though their Jurong East <> Bukit Indah direct express service has been a good way of dealing with the severe overcrowding on weekends since majority aint heading to Gelang Patah anyway.

  I can only say Handal Indah's schedule is really erratic.

  CW3 tells it, 5 - 25 mins peak hr freq.
