If during AM peak, most crowded people should be the RP people (from bedok direction)If during PM peak, most crowded people should be the RP people (from WRI direction)
But I don't think they are packed to the door as most people are not willing to stand throughout the journey.

This is where you're wrong man. They are willing to stand throughout the journey and the most sickening thing is, the center part of the of the bottom deck DD has space and yet people refuse to move in, choosing to stand to the brim of the doors.The frequency of 168 towards WRI in the mornings are also appalling. 17 - 22 mins per bus. You do the math and estimate whether it'll be another full bus.
