Its Neo Tiew Road, not Neo Tiew Lane. There was an amendment of weekend route of 925 on 17 July 2005 whereby it used to serve the Kranji Countryside looping at Lim Chu Kang Lane 3, via Neo Tiew Rd & Neo Tiew Lane, but 2 years later the service cutback and loop at Sungei Buloh Nature Park at Neo Tiew Crescent.
With the cutback of the service, Neo Tiew Road (34061, 34071, 34081, 34089) bus stops were unused until today. -

Opposite this bus stop is still under control by service 925 -
move over to Rhu Cross where u can see this stop while on ECP take service 30 and look on you left below and u can see this stop..

oso the unused bus stop on Lentor Rd near YCK rd when 825 was diverted.

There is also one controversy unused bus-stop in Potong Pasir, which 142 passes by.

The one outside SAJC? The bus stops outside instead of going into a narrow bus bay?

Well, it is still no point should a service being deployed at around the Defu Industrial area. Take a look at 323 - the demand had sharply dropped within the past few years even a bus still runs without any passengers. The stretch was also plagued with heavy vehicles and Off Service HGDEP buses that plys along Defu Ave 1. So its deemed useless for a service that is being amended to non-popular routes like Defu Ave 1 or a bus stop that do not have much passenger boarding it. -

It's 207 and not 217. Service 207 do not start from Chai Chee Terminus, it was originally started from Bedok Interchange via Bedok Road & Upp Cahngi Rd. Service 217 serve Serangoon - Serangoon Garden Way.
Service 207 also loops at the former Upp Changi Rd terminal site. -
Now some abandoned bus stops act as a shelter... but most abandoned bus stops are being used by private buses for picking up passengers. (eg. the bus stop outside POSB Jurong East St 13 & the one at Jurong West St 61
