Oh ya SBS 9802 U was parked in amdep opposite the pump kiosk on Friday night. I think it didnt go back to brbp that night hence it cameos the next day

Hmm, I didn't say it goes to Serangoon Central. I said it goes to Upper Serangoon. actually looking at the surrounding, it might be at the upper serangoon/braddel road/bartley road junction? it look quite similar..

SBS9802U got the amazing thailand ad right? so the top front windscreen should be cover by the ad right? So far those ADD that i see have the top front windscreen cover with the amazing thailand ad.
But this 9802U does not seem to have any ad infront? So the pic is not taken yesterday? The stomper maybe just anyhow post? -

For my earlier post, what I mean is Serangoon Central has MRT station labelled Serangoon and in my opinion, it is a rather prominent landmark. Plus, Serangoon is going to be an interchange for the years to come. So, it will be a more prominent landmark.
Anyway, looking from your explanation, he boarded the bus 80 from somewhere in Upper Serangoon at 4 plus, reach keppel or vivo/harbourfront at 1715 and witnessed the act. So, there is a significant time lapse here.
However, after reading from the description, my intrepretation is as soon as he boarded the bus at Serangoon Central, he witnessed the act. -

Confirm not serangoon.
Its either location or bus number wrong. confirm one of it is wrong. -
Bus is on Sv. 70 as the viaduct is ending, there is a "Change in Traffic Light timing" sign on top of the traffic light and viaduct of this design is only at S'goon.

IT almost past the flyover at Serangoon (Near Serangoon Bus Int.) So, it could be on 70.

I "love" it when idiots argue on the same thing for days when they are unsure whether they are correct.
Answer has been given: Location is Upp Serangoon Rd towards Punggol Rd, bus was at the 2nd right most lane, which is for vehicles turning into Upp Paya Lebar Rd. Bus was on 70.
Such simple and trivial things still can argue...very "good".
