I only tried with desktop and WiFi. Never tried with GPRS. That will hurt my wallet.

No Prediction for express 502. BTW, if it can provide the bus rego, it would be very good.

I wonder whether this kind of service uses SMS because I am not rather comfortable with using GPRS to check on the next bus. Anyone can enlighten me with the details please? Thanks.

here's when i looked up suntec convention ctr . if you look up 502A now , then it says no prediction sir . & there is no svc 502B in the iris system if you notice !.

Is iris NextBus service available on sms?
We have not made iris NextBus service available on sms as yet. This is as the current telco charges for such a service is rather high. We will only consider iris NextBus on sms when the charges can be lowered or defrayed. However, as many mobile phones today have GPRS connectivity, mobile phone users can access bus arrival times through the GPRS.
BTW, is if want to use GPRS to find out the timing, use this web www.sbstransit.com.sg/mobile iris..Is faster than going throught the home page and most important it is cheaper -
I just wish that we could put service number and a bus rego for us to select. Allows me to decide if I should take the pack 28 single Deck or wait for the next 28 Double Deck.

I guess they adjusted all the timing.. Just like svc 242, the frequency was adjusted, bus coming more frequenly.. Some more still got bunching around 9.50pm.. Bus starts to bunch when they make a loop at JW st 91 and all the way to the bus stop opp JP..

there are some issues with 124, 143, 162 & 174 at heeren bus stop, while the test went very well at somerset MRT. maybe SBST can erect panels for that, it'll be cool. -

276Y is still on S shift, rotating between 15S & 16S.
3863H & 3783E will rotate between 15S, 16S & 17E, that's why you see 3783E or 3863H doing the 17E for 2 consecutive weeks to cover up for 276Y.
Dunno why 276Y doesn't do 17E, the 179 x-over...
For 242, Weekday 33 & Weekday 35 (the one in use now) is exactly the same.

So if he passes CC at 8.16 means the bus was slightly delayed... :lol Usually for DD, AM peak 10-12min can enter NTU already. -

i tried the GPRS system this morning.
bus 72 at blk 681 hougang at 630 like that.
it shows one arriving and one in 34 mins.
hmmmm quite accurate, the moment i put down my phone the bus came. -
not bad, and now we can see that complains about lousy service timings, bunching and other stupid antics are true?
