Do lifting dumbells and barbells really stunt growth? What about the exercise machines at gyms? What other exercises or sports stunt your vertical growth?
I'm quite probably the stupidest guy when it comes to health and fitness, but isn't it the steroids/muscle pills they take that stunts growth rather than the activity itself?
just hang on the chin-up bar and don't move for 10 mins each day - that way you'll stretch yourself and can grow taller.
