  Only problem is that ppl like me hardly read literary works. See oso dunno who is who (except for Jekyll and Hyde)

  I wouldn't call them abusers lah. Functions are for people to use. What's the correct way to use a shoutbox anyway? Regular forumers don't need to make announcements to everyone.

  Heh I agree that the lag is caused by the inplementation of the shoutbox. The guests have always been here.
  
  Any admin / operator should make their user features as dummy proof as possible, expect the mass & worst behavior of the users and prepare for the abuse. The shoutbox was fun while it lasted but I think it is pretty obvious that we can't have it and a pleasant experience in the forums as well. Hopefully something will be done.
